At King Hay, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are natural agricultural items, we follow specific guidelines to ensure fairness, safety, and product quality.
1. All Sales Are Final on Hay & Straw Products
Due to the nature of hay and straw being perishable, agricultural, and susceptible to contamination once opened or handled, we do not accept returns or exchanges on mini Timothy hay bales or straw bales.
This policy protects the health and safety of animals who may consume our products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We may request clear photos to help us resolve the issue.
We will provide one of the following depending on the situation:
- A replacement product
- A store credit
- A partial or full refund (case-by-case)
3. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Allergies, Preferences & Animal Refusal
Because animals may have individual preferences or sensitivities, we cannot offer refunds or returns for issues such as:
- Texture or color variation
- Animal refusal
- Allergic reactions
Hay is a natural product, and variations are expected.
